can be done better.

Record for a Z06 bone stock is 10.8xx.

My guess once more zr1's start hitting the strips, you'll see some nice low times. This is just some of the first few videos....I can see a good 10.40 or so out of this car with a heavy launch, tires, and a good driver.

he short shifted because top of 1st would be nothing but spin. I do the same thing with mine actually, I short shift 1st gear depending on the track surface.

As opposed to perfect shifted? Havent heard that terminology since I played need for speed undergroung in middle school lol

so he was in fifth gear when he let off the gas?

No, he was JUST shifting into 4th as he crossed the line....

3rd Gear goes to about 128, and he trapped 132 at the quarter

The time is fine for the tires it's on. What stinks is the 132.

how so? for a car with just bolt ons, and no boost adjustment from factory? C6 Z06's trap in the mid 120s, so this car traps a full 7-8mph MORE in the quarter....I think that's impressive from an almost factory car.

i showed this website a cobra running 8s on a TOTALLY STOCK ENGINE, and they said they werent impressed for the most part, it was "just another mustang going fast in a straight line"...but the evo with w BUILT ENGINE in a few threads below it was getting assrapped how "amazing" it was...with a built motor and everything inbetween.

10.64 in a car that was stock engine with somebolt ons that wasnt even trying? yeah, i mean thats totally unimpressive.

its always the guys who cant even break the 13s that are "unimpressed"
