Got alot done today. Had a small bbq also =). Everything is just about together. Have to order a few parts 2morrow but block is assembled for the most part. Here some pics of todays progress.
Special thanks again to Jay/Nam/Hau/Adam for all the help today.

New oil pick up/ fluids/accessory belt will be in 2morrow. Talk to buschur today my turbo kit is just about ready to be shipped. There finishing up the tubular manifold then sending it out =)

can i fwap yet? it looks like it'll drop right into my car too

on btw i couldnt help but notice that the balance shaft tensioner pulley is still on the motor but no balance shaft. might wanna pull that pully off.

hey rob nice pics thanks for the mention.. i read the post about balance shaft pulley.. thats only there till i get a small crown bolt to seal the hole dont want any unessessary oil leaks. ttyl

^this guy knows his 4g63's, he was just standing there chatting and putting the motor together like it was lego blocks, it seems so simple for this guy

o yea he does. Thanks to speedputz(Jay) my car is going to be running alot sooner then expected. 4G63 expert. And he had the cutest baby!! She helped us assemble the motor =)

Buschur sent out my motor mounts/ Tial Bov 50mm today. I sent him my intake manifold and throttle body today. he's sending my out his ported intake manifold and ported 65mm throttle body. I wanted to get the power/spool increase without affecting driveability.
heres a videos of a okix's evo running the same turbo as me. same build except hes on a 2.0L im on a 2.3L
